Touchstones Therapies offers crystal healing, courses and events in Mid Wales. This glorious area provides the perfect setting for profound healing and learning on many levels.

Lauren D'Silva has been working with complementary therapies for many years. Beginning with an interest in Feng Shui, Clutter Clearing and the movement of subtle energy around our homes, she was drawn into developing work around energy therapies. She is an experienced Crystal Healer, and is attuned to Level Two Teate (a form of Reiki). Lauren is a former teacher and has advised on Health Education at a National level. She is the BEAT Trainer for Wales.

Lauren and her partner Steve are available to officiate at Handfastings, naming ceremonies and other rites of passage as initiated High Priestess and High Priest.
